      Amazing product, strong leadership in terms of president and CEO experience. Previous CEO was much more culture and family oriented. New CEO and leadership are cutting ties with long-time leaders of the company.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and increased cost cuts are leading to multiple senior staff resignations and massive lay-offs (higher than reported in the press)
