good infrastructure, good looking office, cameras are fixed on recruiters head which is good to monitor recruiters working status.
Cons
every recruiter should get equal treatment. hot requirements can be shared with every one so that every one will get same benefits. person centric business - has to come out and work as team. management gives extra importance to only few people which is not good. others also has capacity, give them chance.
