The people you work with make you want to come in the next day. There is a strong camaraderie within the departments. Room for growth for all individuals and positions you just need to be willing to raise your hand when the opportunity arises. Mentoring is always welcomed by management. You don't get praised by coming to work, you get praised for doing your work. The moments I have been able to grow in the company is when i have been honest and willing to take on a new challenge.

The need to have more clear goals that the entire company can get behind. When times are hard the stress is contagious and can get people derailed.

Good place to start career. Learned lots which translated to better jobs down the road.

Small company problems. Needed some better support to succeed.
