Micromanagement of employees, no inclusion in team meetings, no raises, can be laid off at any time without reason or notification, lacking of compassion and appreciation for their employees, demotions, pay decreases, clients leaving left and right because of billing problems with MyDoc bill pay, won't hire people needed to do the job.
