Pros
A lot of the people that work there are passionate about what they do. Some people there are truly talented, mostly the software developers.
Cons
From what I experienced, they aren't being held accountable for much, however their sales remain high as they have Grainger as a distribution network to provide same/next 2 day delivery on most the items they sell. They are somewhat given a blank check to operate without fear, given their parent company who's a somewhat Giant - 'Grainger inc (Stock: GWW)' Currently is lurking around their highest ever Market Cap, Which is over $50 Billion and trading at over $1,000 a share. The low and/or lacking collective experience in leadership will be it's collective downfall if they ever need to operate without "papas piggy bank" The leaders are there for themselves, they use positions to gain titles and move into companies elsewhere due to the veil that exists. This all leads to low employee satisfaction. They shut down this voice by paying them outrageous sums of money, and kicking the block out of anyone who tries to break up 'THE BOYS CLUB" if you aren't a title credible employee, you are bugpaste to them. I mentioned the leadership due to the lack of experience of leaders that were promoted into positions they aren't quite trained for. There are a lot of leaders that have just been there long enough to slip into leadership as an easy role to fill.
