Very unprofessional experience - Systems Administrator Zorch Employee Review

The feel of the company was a very toxic. All associates were either interns or fresh out of college young professionals, constantly talked down, patronized by the management. Being an open space environment, I witnessed numerous times what sounded like phone interviews conducted by the CIO, followed by inappropriate commentaries, derogatory slurs and aggressive tone. It was a very heavy work environment, where you felt pressured to agree with everything the management ordered, with no voice of your own. Happy not to work there.
