Zoomlion-NA in my opinion the biggest disappointment in USA market currently. Zoomlion-NA is hurting and damaging the stigma of the Chinese manufacturing equipment imported to the USA. Don’t believe see for your self. Try these simple things. -Find and ask a current Zoomlion-NA customer there opinion of there parts, service and customer service and after sales. See how disappointed they are on the after sales support. -Try to buy multiple pieces of equipment in inventory in the USA currently. Then when you get your response ask how long until you can get equipment from China. See how disappointed you are. -Try ordering any real parts for any of there equipment. When you hear there availability then ask there price.. Then see if you can get the parts anywhere else. If you do find them compare pricing. The stuff you can’t find you try to make. Then ask for drawings or support. See how disappointed you are -Ask for a service call or even support on equipment. Ask if they have service trucks or certified USA technicians, Ask for manuals or schematics on the equipment. If you happen to get one in English see if it matches the machine. See how disappointed you are. -Ask if they have tools, Equipment to work on equipment, Equipment to assemble equipment, company vehicles, service vehicles. See how disappointed you are
