Working for Zoomin.TV for over a year and a half, I have never felt such animosity in one place. The CEO is a micromanaging, angry, abusive, and narcissistic man with an agenda that only suits his whims and wants. The management below him only mirror his disregard for the colleagues who are the true talents of the company. They illegally hire individuals, make colleagues work without signed contracts while stating "It's just on the table of the CEO." Payment is always late. Whether for the individuals who work in the offices or whether you are a VJ for the company. Offices outside Amsterdam are fire hazards and horrible working conditions. The pay is low for anyone with experience. Growth within the company is impossible. They do not pay overtime, but expect overtime. There is no HR in the company. There are no standards and ideas on how to work. If mistakes are made, they haunt you for your entire career in Zoomin. Finger pointing is the way to handle any mistakes. The Chief Editor treats all new hires with an air of disgust. This place has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
