      Pros

      Good people working here at the bottom level. Direct supervisor is great. No one really cares about anything we work on, so it's pretty low-stakes.

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism and awful pay. No raises. No bonuses. After 5 years I've seen no development or compensation for the work I've contributed

      Pros

      Remote work & unlimited PTO is a plus, but they did try to mandate back to office work for Toronto employees a few times.

      Cons

      The junior & associate-level employees carry the company. If everyone left, upper-management would not have a clue how to do our jobs. Salaries are also way below industry standard.
