Zoomdata is now a world-wide company with customers and partners in every time zone - showing that the market has found a startup in Reston, and made it an international brand. Having been with the company for a while, there has always been the drive to keep learning from others, and to better yourself and your career. Many have been promoted from within, moved to different roles and departments, and management has been super supportive and cares about its employees.
