Pros

Talk to anyone, anyone, in person about working for ZOOM before you accept a job here. Many of the reviews posted on here are ghost reviews done by ZOOM "HR". There are no pros to working here. It is a horrible place to work and this company will be out of business in the next 5-7 years.

Cons

Get treated like sewage and get paid worse than at any other care provider while the executives line their pockets and make a mockery of "healthcare". Shifting priorities, crappy hours, no work life balance, blatant lies from management. Management almost boasts about their willingness to lie to regulators and employees alike. If you are in a leadership position, expect constant harassment from management at any hour of day. Be prepared to be publicly humiliated by executive management at staff meetings every week. Even if you somehow meet your unrealistic targets, you are still not safe from belittlement, lies, or being fired for no reason.

Sounds like ZOOM+ might not be the right fit for you. We're changing the way healthcare is delivered and that does mean priorities and projects can shift. That's not always easy and can be frustrating at times ... all part of doing something different. Happy to discuss further. Anyone on the People team can help facilitate.

Pros

A lot of flexibility to work around schedules for childcare, appointments, etc. I feel supported and respected by my colleagues as well as my supervisor. I feel I am paid fairly for my experience and job duties.

Cons

Maternity leave could be better! It is also a newer company, so change is always happening which could be a con for some folks.
