Designer - Designer Zoom Engineering Employee Review

- It's a friendly environment. - A lot of experience to gain. They try to train you to be a hybrid engineer. You can be a mech designer and at the same time an electrical designer.

- With the amount of responsibilities that you have the wage is too low. Can be a McDonald's manager and still be paid higher than Zoom. - Disorganized, can be confusing because of communication within employees and employer. (Blame game) - Projects are always on the rush making you stay longer to finish it or they asked you to come on weekends. - Overtime is standard pay.

The company was great to work for. The employees were very helpful and patient. I learned a lot throughout my co-op term at the company. I would definitely recommend working here!

It is a smaller company, but that means there is more opportunity for growth.
