      - RSU’s on initial start date - Hybrid work

      Cons

      - Constantly worried about layoffs since the RIF in 2023, senior management speak openly that there will be no layoffs yet entire departments face cuts weeks later but as it’s not seen as mass layoffs it is downplayed - Remote first option removed without prior consultation with existing staff - Annual bonus is tied to company performance as a whole which to most seems inequitable if their business unit is exceeding all targets set - Recently left the company as share price has been trending downwards for quite some time and the culture has taken a hit because of distrust within the company

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
