      Good product, try to do transformation to AI fields

      Cons

      Zoom hires new more senior managers and Heads for showing determination of AI transformation but cover those incompetent management under them. Those redundant management hires are costing Zoom a lot of money without making much contribution due to their previous failures but CEO won't let go of them. That's probably one of the reasons why Zoom's layoff reflects almost nothing on the stock.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
