      Not a single one. Literally not a single one

      Cons

      Absolutely incompetent engineering managers in this company. This company does not do Agile like they claim they do. I repeat. This is not an Agile shop. It is 100% pure waterfall. Literally nothing can be planned past two weeks. But every single task has to go through a waterfall system of broken testing, broken deployment, and awful TestRail documentation that is putting lipstick on a pig. Engineering managers have zero ability to actually manage. They don't know how software development works.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
