      Pros

      Zoolatech keeps transparency in the workplace and actively addresses feedback from employees. It supports employees during hard times and puts a lot of efforts to build the atmosphere of one family across the company. You can find different modern international projects with challenging tasks , get help in growing your carrier and be fairly rewarded for your achievements.

      Cons

      sometimes it's hard to find a place in another project inside the company for an employee after being dismissed.

      Pros

      Zoolatech is an intermediate company, they arrange you to work with one of their clients. Reputable company, friendly atmosphere, great events

      Cons

      no salary increase (not even inflation rate) timezone difference with clients can be an issue
