We understand that the lack of transparency can be frustrating, and we apologize if you have experienced this at Zonos. We strive to be open and honest with our team members and make a consistent effort to share information about the state of the company and decisions being made.
We also understand that you are concerned about pay raises and favoritism. While we cannot discuss specific pay decisions, we can assure you that we take a variety of factors into consideration when making pay decisions, including individual performance and market conditions. Pay is reviewed and adjusted annually, at a minimum. We do not tolerate favoritism in any form and are committed to treating all team members fairly and equally.
If you have any specific concerns or issues that you would like to discuss further, we encourage you to reach out to your manager or HR.
