      Pros

      lateral movement is acceptable- if you want to try new positions it's easy to move around. You truly can work as little or as much as you want to.

      Cons

      management does not promote individual achievement. Employer/employee relations at times inappropriate. Very much a 'good ol boys' network

      Pros

      Work from home is a perk for most. Some ability to travel and attend events with clients and prospects.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
