Pros

Great people, great corporate sales team manager who gave me full autonomy on my work. Great place to grow and learn sales as well as get exposure to multiple technology areas. Companies bread and butter is global fulfilment of hw/sw

Cons

CRM and other business systems are outdated meaning ordering and quoting is extemeley long winded, manual and difficult. Understaffed in areas such as finance and purchasing means that sales have to take ownership of jobs which should sit with other teams (chasing invoices, changing supplier when there's no stock etc). Little to no availability of experts / consultants on solution deals - makes closing high ticket deals hard. Minimum pension given with no gym or healthcare perks. No additional commission given for overachieving against Target. Solutionised deals are paid the same as reactive deals - also no added incentive to bring on net new logos, these again are rewarded the same as house accounts. Old office No sales director engagement.
