Project Coordinator - contractor - Project Manager Zones Employee Review

Bait and switched proposed hourly rate to a lower rate after interview. Part of the terms for employment was working from home 2-3 days a week which was rescinded after 3 weeks of employment. Work flow models, risks and gap weren't recognized in the design phase. Management is not engaged with core work and only concerned with the profile of large scale projects. Very unorganized.
