Good training but poor enterprise management - ENT Account Manager Zones Employee Review

Very good management, solid work/life balance.

Nothing that immediately stands out.

Work from home is a perk for most. Some ability to travel and attend events with clients and prospects.

Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
