Worst Management in Zolo.... Family Run Organization - Sales Executive Zolo Employee Review

Some of the department and policies are in not developed:- delayed/slow execution at time- senior management often indulge in blame games when things don't go as planned. You have to work in 2-3roles in business and if you deny then that will be your last day. Company has hired for Acquisition and after sometime role redefined and put it to occupancy then again role redefine and put it to marketing activities and finally transfer to community team.. Management actually ruin my career.
