      The space they are working in very challenging taking good efforts to make co-living hassle free

      Cons

      Least employee-centric company I have worked with. Senior management expect you to work 24*7. Company lack at building right processes. No weekly offs

      Pros

      There is a great deal of flexibility and a refreshing absence of micromanaging. Leadership is earnest and will give you the tools needed to succeed, provided you know what they are and aren't afraid to be direct and ask for them.

      Cons

      Lack of training, which is why this is a great spot for an experienced sales rep. If you know your way around a data center you are on the road to success!
