What's all the fuss about!!! It was what most startups are - full of chaos, long hours and thus, fun. - Anonymous employee Zolo Employee Review

Pros

I personally found the company to have a good number of people who are worthy of respect in terms of their brain power and their approach to solving problems. Along side, I found most of the people very humble compared to their achievements of life. And one thing I'm not able to understand when people write that 'they' (senior management) asks us to stay late - well, they are also staying late with us!!! I didn't have a single incidence of getting treated unfairly. I was specifically told that there would be long hours at the time of joining itself. I'm guessing 'they' tell everyone.

Cons

The con for I deducted 2 stars at compensation, as I feel that they could retained me by matching my outside offer. But, in some sense, I got 70% hike because of the experience at Zolo only - so can't really blame them but would still deduct one star.

Pros

There is a great deal of flexibility and a refreshing absence of micromanaging. Leadership is earnest and will give you the tools needed to succeed, provided you know what they are and aren't afraid to be direct and ask for them.

Cons

Lack of training, which is why this is a great spot for an experienced sales rep. If you know your way around a data center you are on the road to success!
