Pros
As a fresher, there are a lot of things that I have learnt here. I have completed a year's time and I must admit that when I came, I did not even knew how to send a mail. Vendor negotiation, getting work done from people, to understand what I am good at and what I am bad at etc. Recommended for all freshers especially because you will learn how to work.
Cons
Senior management is sometime strict with those who don't want to work. Only work is given preference here. Don't expect to just pass time here as they will not let you. Some senior and junior people left recently, but it did not impact much as they did not comply with the company working style.
