      - flexible working hours - easy to approach by car and by public transportation

      Cons

      - inflexible top management - tasks are not distributed equally. If you prove to be someone who works hard, sooner or later all task will fall on you. Management doesn't care until you collapse.

      New equipment, facility and very good processes. Detailed plans and planning.

      Cons

      US employees are treated differently compared to the parent company employees. Micro management, unrealistic goals, not honest about responsibilities, duties and no achievable bonus program.
