Cons
Since Covid with more people working from home they struggle to create that office buzz, and get people to connect and build relationships. As a corporation they are very siloed in country regions - there is little opportunity for a pan-european/International role unless you're prepared to move to Ireland. They acquire companies with great products then put all the sales focus on their own Hero products. To hit investor KPIs they'd run inventory down - then have stock outs and long lead times for months, leaving the door open for competitors to plug the gaps.
