Pros

Honestly, no words describe how amazing it is to work at Zoe. The pace at which the whole team moves, the mission-aligned culture, and the impact that we create in the wealth management industry are just a few of the things that make this company amazing. The leadership team is very involved in their teams' tasks, promoting hard work and teamwork across the board. Regardless of their job, each person is held accountable (and recognized) for their results, making the job very challenging and rewarding every single day. Overall, I feel lucky that I found Zoe a little over a year ago during my job search. I would blindly recommend anyone who is up to big challenges to come work with us!

Cons

It is not necessarily a "con", but the job is very challenging, and the culture is oriented toward continuous improvement. This means that 1) some people might find it hard to have a good work-life balance, and 2) for those who can't adapt and adjust quickly, the job might frustrate them. At the end of the day, some people could consider a "con" that Zoe and its culture are not the right fit for all types of employees.

Pros

Zoe was my first sales position and the managers there are the best mentors I could have asked for. They go above and beyond to help you develop your sales skills and improve professionally and also will hold great one on one meetings to get an understanding of what your professional goals are in order to create a detailed plan to help you achieve them. I love the culture and it truly felt like working alongside a close nit family that made it so much fun to go into the office each day and see everyone!

Cons

Zoe is a really fast paced startup which requires an excellent work ethic and occasionally to wear multiple hats. The upside of this is a lot of potential for upward mobility within the company and a lot of hands on experience with managers and executives.

Pros

WeWork had food sometimes and coffee

Cons

Honestly, almost everything. Terrible experience from the start. Absolutely no structure and they expect someone to magically know what to do. Extremely toxic work environment, feels like the movie mean girls. Almost entire staff gossips and bad mouths others. Not welcoming, no training, working long hours, weird expectations. Very high turnover due to the lack of competence within management hiring and firing within weeks of a new hire being there. Expect to have no job security
