      -Strong team - intelligent and motivated across the board -Freedom to think creatively about how to best solve a problem -Great inter-department visibility; we know what's going on across the company

      -Having people working in multiple locations definitely has its positives, but I think it negatively impacts culture and communication to some degree

      - Knowledgeable and interdisciplinary team - CEO and executive team are responsive to employee feedback and genuinely interested in all aspects of the company - Engineering team is able to execute on the roadmap without micromanagement. - Team members are able to take on interesting projects and add value freely - CTO is easy to work with on a range of projects - Ability to work from home

      -Hot industry that is exciting to be a part of- predictive marketing analytics, Machine Learning, AI, etc. -Superior product that is fully built and already in use by Fortune 500 companies -A super smart team that includes PhD's, thought leaders in the field, data scientists, engineers, and former finance professionals -Entrepreneurial environment where one person can make a big impact quickly -Great flexibility- work from home when needed, open vacation policy

      -Small startup means no 401k and limited "perks" like transit discounts
