This is the worst company ever. Treats like slaves. Exploits employees. Director is the most evil person on earth. Totally inhuman, impractical, and the dumbest person Alive on this planet. The other director is the puppet. The employees are the actual backbone driving the company but are treated as dogs. They will give you every work that is not related to your field. The people in power are absolutely brainless duffers. They don't know anything except talking in English. They judge people on the basis of English rather then their skills. The people in position think that they can do anything, such as harassing the female employees and making them wait for extra hours. The work time on paper is 10-7 but they make sure that the work is assigned after seven. No training given to freshers instead they are given the left over pilled up work by higher authority. The BD team makes sure that they put words in your mouth and record it. The BA team has no qualification but are paid on the basis of their communication. I would suggest no fresher to join this company. Salary will b halved even if you leave a few seconds early. The best thing to do in this company is to just blindly stare at the computer. You will not be allowed to talk to any co-workers without permission. If found doing so it's going to be the worst day of your life. The Big boss house has less cameras then violet infoystems also called as zobble solutions. If you have planned on joining this company then welcome to the new school.
