Very disappointing environment - Anonymous employee Zobble Solutions Employee Review

Dead lines not discussed with the project leader. Everyday workload. No relaxation. If on holiday then also call from office for work related. Should work more than the official tme always. No increament for 1yr. If salary is not discussed then no increase in the salary. If an increament done in the salary then it is by only 1000-2000 rupees. No other benefits. No holidays for saturday. Only 11 days offical holidays excluding sundays. 6 months projects need to be delivered soon within 3-5months.
