Pros
- Autonomy, as long as you work smart and hard
- Ability to learn and do a lot of new things
- Great managers/executives that are smart, hardworking, real and direct people
- Small, casual, open office environment
- Direction and vision of the company is getting very clear as we gain momentum with large customers and industries
- President is great and helps balance out CEO, they work in tandem very well
- Unique group of people with a lot to offer
- Culture is getting better, lots of people are trying to do things to create bonding time for employees
Cons
- Ambiguity, some love it, some hate it; If you need defined duties, rules and procedures, this is not the place for you
- A few employees who have been here for years, and saw a lot of the change in direction as we were trying to gain momentum, are negative and jaded
- Turnover is still happening, due to new amazing people coming in but having to deal with some long time employees that are 'protected'
- Sales department is constantly changing as we go after new customers/industries, need to hire sales people okay with the ambiguity
