Pros
They're building a category-defining product and things move fast in an space (Retail Media) that's also figuring things out. The team is great - super smart and kind!
Cons
Things change quickly and that's not for everyone!
- Outcomes driven, providing support and autonomy
- Work hard / play hard culture
- Rare opportunity to build something with global impact in a small Martech scale-up
- So much room to grow

- At times work hours are irregular due to having clients and colleagues in multiple time zones (but we're still given flexibility to manage our own time at least!)
