The workdays are 9-6 with no pay

The only positive was meeting some amazing and talented coworkers who built the brand from nothing.

Lack of leadership and overall organization. No work-life balance. Certain high level person with an inflated ego making calls solely focused on short-term profits even if those calls hurt the overall brand and have a negative impact in the long term. Most people at the company would agree this person specifically was extremely difficult and unpleasant to work with yet the CEOs catered to them. Upper management was very disconnected and did not care about employees who worked overtime week after week to build the company. They were only in it for themselves at the end and laid off over 80% of the company to sell it. Since then it’s been radio science from them. Overall terrible company culture and zero transparency.
