We are getting better at communication

Well run company with good communication. Employees including managers work diligently toward common goals.

Training leaves a little to be desired. I had a lot of tasks thrown at me and it is fast-paced. The person who trained me has been there for quite a while, but is not a trainer which made things more difficult than it had to be.
