      Pros

      Well run company with good communication. Employees including managers work diligently toward common goals.

      Cons

      Training leaves a little to be desired. I had a lot of tasks thrown at me and it is fast-paced. The person who trained me has been there for quite a while, but is not a trainer which made things more difficult than it had to be.

      Plenty of opportunities to take on additional projects and process modifications, such as training and equipment procurement

      Cons

      Departments and Management in charge of different areas within process prefer to act independently and often initiate actions that block proper communications required to gain efficiency and quality in manufacturing.
