      Pros

      I'm not there any longer. No longer need to be a part of rumors and innuendo's used to manipulate the person running the show. and other staff members

      Cons

      Person running the show has surrounded himself with a staff with which he gives complete trust. There is no trust between staff and middle management.

      Pros

      Well run company with good communication. Employees including managers work diligently toward common goals.

      Cons

      Training leaves a little to be desired. I had a lot of tasks thrown at me and it is fast-paced. The person who trained me has been there for quite a while, but is not a trainer which made things more difficult than it had to be.
