      Pros

      The staff is awesome. I've learned a lot of great development skills. They architecture team is fantastic

      Cons

      The CEO can never make his mind up about what we should be creating. He is always changing things after we work on them for weeks. It's never what he wants because he has a dream or talks to one person and changes the direction of the company. If we could just develop one product and stick to it the employees might be happier. My tech leadership is not great either. It seems as if they have no idea how to develop a product.

      Pros

      The company has a strong vision and is made up of very intelligent people at all levels. Very laid-back atmosphere with flexible hours and excellent vacation benefits.

      Cons

      If anything brings the company down, it will be a lack of focus. Trying to do too many different things at the same time is stretching the staff thin and reducing the quality of our output.
