Unprofessional, Dead end - Cashier Zips Dry Cleaners Employee Review

There are only two shifts, no open door policy, management is unprofessional, store owners are impossible to communicate with, Towson location has a dog walking around customer garments, it's unsanitary and work conditions (weather and smell) are harsh. They let the cashier take the fall for loss garments and do not take responsibility for any damage done to garments. They are no opportunities for advancement, lousy pay, no raises, no team meetings
