Pros

Very little to say here.

Cons

Multiple issues. First, the only metric is productivity is based on sending out at least 50 emails a day. This encourages people to find the easy emails to respond to and ignore the ones that take more time. I was told by supervisors to start the day off by scanning the inbox and replying to any of the short emails with a "thanks!" Send 10 or 15 of those in your first hour, then you have time to focus on the real work. The CEO is VERY "hands on" and likes to jump in on tickets that catch his attention, which would normally be a good thing, but since he doesn't bother to find out what's been done before or what the person is working on, his suggestions are just noise taking up space. Most of what he suggests implies that the team has done nothing before he chimed in, and is sitting around unaware of any way forward. This is rarely if ever the case, and I was told by multiple teams just to "humor him" when he shows up in a case thread. The larger issue is that the company doesn't provide hardware, we all use our own computers. This is a huge security issue, as I have several people's personal information, including paystubs, bank information, and applications on my computer right now. That means others likely do as well. Since these are personal computers, there is no security guaranteed. This isn't just a problem for employees, but for clients and customers as well. Terrible business practice. Finally the pay isn't very good, (especially if they're not providing any equipment and employees are expected to use their own computers and phones.) there are NO holidays off, and the PTO schedule is ridiculous.) Even the health care plan is a joke.

Pros

I have been working with Ziprent as photographer and inspector in Seattle. I work with multiple property management companies and realtors and Ziprent is one of the easiest companies to work with by far! They are great with communication and seem to have very efficient processes in place setting everyone they work with up for success. If you are a rental owner or vendor looking to work with Ziprent I would highly recommend as I feel they work hard to make sure your experience with them is top notch! Ive been in primary contact with Katie, and have had to pleasure to speak with several other members on team who are always great to work with!!

Cons

No cons so far, very consistent!
