As a contractor you’re poised to make a lot of money- more than the union workers - but be prepared to use your own vehicle and pay for all your own tools.
Cons
Ziply contractors are used up until they’re completely burned out, then disposed. Look forward to 12 hour days, mandatory 6 or 7 day a week overtime, and a complete lack of empathy from management or anyone in corporate. Also be advised that the wear and tear on your vehicle is extreme as they’ll have you driving sometimes 100+ miles a day.
