      Worst management ever experienced. All managers are self enveloped and really don’t care what’s going on as long as it doesn’t involve them.

      Friendly environment, easy to take ownership, encourage to initivates, no "who did that?" question

      Cons

      Strong separation between contractors and full-time employees. Contractors have limited career growth opportunities, no clear path to permanent employment, and significantly lower compensation compared to equivalent US-based contractors despite similar responsibilities and impact. Working across multiple time zones can also affect work-life balance.
