Pros
People are chill. WLB pretty good. Come if you are a senior engineer looking to coast, we have plenty of that here, disappointing for anyone else early career.
Cons
Management is rudderless (product + engineering) Too much of management/leadership is the same Foursquare/Factual people (they just hired each other) that promote each other, and are just re-running playbooks from when they were there independent of product outcome.
