Decent pay for the work, sick days, vacation days, climate controlled warehouse, more days off on the 2-2-3 schedule.
Cons
Management is a joke, high turnover, lines breakdown all the time, maintenance doesn't fix anything (except coffee), they use cheap resins, they blame operators for everything, barely any training, long hours, crappy equipment that malfunctions, spend money on stupid things but pretend they are broke.
