Working at Zinnia means being at the cutting edge of the L&A insurance industry. The team is made up of hard-working, collaborative people. I feel genuinely supported in developing my career and I know I’m contributing to something bigger than myself, which makes the work we do meaningful. It’s a fast-paced environment, but that’s what makes it exciting as there’s always something new to learn and achieve.

Hybrid work is nice and sometimes we get lunch.

Disorganized leadership team that never come into office which causes low morale. Wheels spin in circles and promises get broken and nothing ever actually gets done. The elitism is through the roof- execs and senior leadership only talk to each other and do not care for their teams. My team has personally been the victims of terrible treatment from above. There is little to no mentorship or career opportunity growth. The overuse of AI is absurd- no one thinks for themselves anymore. There is NO authenticity.
