      Good colleagues and we are in this together mindset in teams Honestly nothing else

      Cons

      Under qualified people/line managers who don't understand technology. 'Body shopping' all levels of tech staff to clients regardless of skills, experience or career path. Very high staff turnover due to the above. Over promise to clients regularly. Poorly structured and very badly managed company, employees viewed as easily replaceable.

      -Remote working -Option to meet people in the office -A couple of social get-togethers a year with the company and team. -Office events. -Put an emphasis on learning and pay for certificates, courses etc. -Fully paid parental leave. -Great company for parents.

      -Compared to Dublin jobs, salary potential is lower.
