Good company - Software Engineer Zingma Employee Review

If you love developing great stuff in mobile apps this company is a very good place to be in. The management will be quick to understand your hunger and they will assign the right projects to you. Think about this, what if you wanted to work at a place where yo don't feel like doing a job. Its literally family environment here. I work here as a junior software engineer and everything I have been able to learn here in a year is remarkable. The guys here take a real engineering approach to solve problems, more than anything I have learnt here how to develop great mobile solutions thinking from the scratch. No hanky panky processes, flexible timings and work culture, these guys are funded by a good VC and hence good job security.

No cons really if I see this company from startup perspective, Everything is great

1) You won't feel like you are away from your home .People in the company are very well mannered and are very supportive. 2) Freedom to express your thoughts . 3) People are given full credit for their hard work. 4) Flexible office timings and good work life balance. 5) People out there are quite innovative and they will encourage you to think innovatively. 6) No office politics. 7)Great Learning Experience(especially for freshers). 8)Seniors are very supportive and they will always motivate you to deliver your best.

1) Everything is perfect but you won't get a particular profile(like java,.net) being a developer .They might ask you to work on java one day and you might work on phonegap the next month.So you will work on many technologies but your profile won't be a fixed profile.That's the only con otherwise Zingma is a great company to work for.
