Pros
Everyone at Zingbox, from the leadership to the interns, genuinely cares about our product, our purpose, and the safety and success of our customers. I’ve never worked for a company where everyone is so passionate about innovation and improving our solution, IoT Guardian, and it fosters a very positive and supportive work environment. The executives do an excellent job of making everyone feel valuable to the success of the team, and they drive the company with clear strategy, heart, and vision.
Cons
I have worked here for 6 months and have not experienced any true cons. As with any startup there is a lot of work, but all my work is appreciated, and the work-life balance is still great, so I wouldn’t consider it a con.
