Poor communication and management - Project Manager Zinc Network Employee Review

Due to the sensitive nature of the work, you are unable to get an idea of what the company actually does until you start working there - the website is very vague. The nature of the communications work is not for the faint hearted - I personally found it unsettling. There were limited working structures in place, when I started I was given no indication of what was expected of me, poor management and complete lack of communication in my team, and between teams. The workload was very low, I was extremely bored and the actual work I was given was vague. The management there seemed to be making it up as they went along, with no idea how a normal communications agency works. So far in my career this was the worst job I’ve had.
