7yHi – it's Robert, the CEO at Breakthrough. I’m sorry to read you didn’t enjoy your time with us and would like to find out more about why that was.
We have done a lot right in the six years we've been going, but of course - in growing so fast- there have been challenges along the way, and I am keen to learn from them, particularly where they can help improve the working experience of our teams. We're improving how we recognise, motivate and invest in people, that includes creating a culture that encourages open two-way feedback with everyone, not just the management team. I believe we've made huge progress recently and have cultivated a positive, creative and supportive workplace for the vast majority of staff which has been widely remarked on, including through this site. Rest assured, we do not seek to influence the content of any reviews, everyone is free to speak truthfully and openly.
